School News
Your child may be able to receive a scholarship of $100.00 to help pay for a summer camp of their choice. Camps include but are not limited to scouts, 4H, church, music, sports, dance, gymnastics, day camp, etc. Please fill out this application and return it by the deadline. You will be notified if your child is chosen. Up to three (3) scholarships will be awarded. Funding provided through the Crestwood Education Association. Please print and fill in completely using blue or black ink.
